Startups search for business models

One of the crucial aspects of startups is that they are in a continuous search for their business model. And this is something which is easy to forget.

When discussing Customer Development, for example, a startup needs to keep iterating, they don't know enough, they don't know how to serve their target customers yet.

This is very different from established companies, where they completely understand their customers and how their products solve problems.
