4 p's of marketing
In Marketing:
It is a model that allows to understand a Product and its Place in the market by looking at its Price and how to Promote it.
Traditionally, following this model leads to product-centric communication, which poses some challenges:
They focus on features, not solutions. The customer needs to connect the dots. You don't become an advisor in the eyes of the customer.
The same 4-P's work in a customer centric way:
Solution -> Access -> Value -> Education
