Transition from being a startup to becoming a company. This is when you leave behind the idea that Startups are not scaled down versions of companies and you become a company.
Startups are defined by their search mode, but once they've found it, it's time to move onwards into execution mode.
At this stage, companies define functional roles (opposing the idea that Job titles can stunt startup development).
