Company building

<p>Transition from being a startup to becoming a <em>company</em>. This is when you leave behind the idea that <a class="wikilink" href="/startups_are_not_scaled_down_versions_of_companies/">Startups are not scaled down versions of companies</a> and you become a company. </p> <p>Startups are defined by their <em>search</em> mode, but once they've found it, it's time to move onwards into <em>execution</em> mode. </p> <p>At this stage, companies define functional roles (opposing the idea that <a class="wikilink" href="/job_titles_can_stunt_startup_development/">Job titles can stunt startup development</a>).</p>
