Indecision freeze
It is said that a decision is better than no decision. In many cases, a leader must Take decisions with incomplete information, which may create conflicts in a team (see literature/202210011658 The Five Dysfunctions of a Team). In order to avoid conflict, it is possible to delay a decision, which leads to the indecision freeze.
This can definitely harm a team, a business, and generate a large opportunity cost.
