Referentes institucionales de educación sexual integral en el nivel secundario de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Trayectoria de una política.

<!-- START_ABSTRACT --> <p> This essay describes the trajectory made by the policies involved in the creation of institutional ESI reference teams in Buenos Aires City High Schools. These policies are considered from the theoretical and methodological approach proposed by Ball and Bowe which consent to evaluate them in their trajectory. As from an exploratory research, the work does an analytic description of the whole production, implementation and enactment process along the policy chain, through the study of the actual regulation and the various senses displayed by the people involved. It carefully investigates the different chapters within the confection of the Resolution Nº 340 of the Federal Council of Education, in the political and historical circumstances in which this jurisdictional regulation is conceived, in the criteria and resources employed for its implementation and, finally, in the actual practice context when the regulation makes its way to the schools.
