Provided are means and methods for multiparameter cytometry-based leukocyte subsetting, which is advantageously used for the monitoring of the immune status of a subject, and/or for monitoring the effects of an immune modulatory treatment. Provided among others is a reagent composition comprising antibodies conjugated to a detectable label, the conjugated antibodies being directed against the following combination of markers: CD 141, HLA-DR, CD16, CD33, CD300e, CD303 and CD14, wherein the antibodies directed against CD300e and CD303 may be conjugated to the same label. </p> <!-- END_ABSTRACT --> <!-- START_TEMPLATE --> <ul> <li> Source: </li> <li> Tags: </li> </ul> <!-- END_TEMPLATE -->
