Teaching curricula in latin america fail to guide teachers

In Latin America, teaching curricula point to the importance of Science Education in primary education (see: primary education to establish the basis of scientific thinking), and they also tend to stress the importance of Curiosity-driven education. However, many of the study plans do not include guides on how to deliver lectures[@furman2020Aprender ciencias en las escuelas primarias de América Latina].

This piles to the fact that teaching curricula sometimes are hard to find, stressing the idea that they are useless pieces of information. Many teachers may not even be aware of their existence. This may be covered in [@bruns2014Profesores excelentes : cómo mejorar el aprendizaje en América Latina y el Caribe].
