Who are product stakeholders
Many people will have an opinion on the product and its features, but not everyone will be a stakeholder. According to [[@cagan2018Inspired: how to create tech products customers love]], a quick check is to verify whether they have veto power. Most likely stakeholders are:
- The CEO and the leaders of marketing, sales, and technology
- Business parners
- Finance
- Legal
- Compliance
- Business development (to make sure there are no violations of contracts or relationships)
