Position your company as both credible and different.

  • Credible: founder's pedigree
  • Different: better service around your product

Example: Tesla. They focused on giving Musk a very high visibility. It was his name that drove the communication of the company. Also, cars were different from the existing offer. They were sexy, not the Prius people could buy.
